Tunnels Thanks to Everybody
Aired on Thursdays from 9:00 - 9:54 p.m.

With their unique sense of humor and excellent conversation skills, Tunnels (Takaaki Ishibashi and Noritake Kinashi) has contributed greatly to the popularity of “Tunnels Thanks to Everybody”, which began airing in 1988. There is a popular segment in which Tunnels and guests take turns trying to guess the food the opponent hates the most. Another game segment, “Hole in the Wall”, has been aired in over 30 countries worldwide, including Russia, South Korea, and India. Recently, it has premiered on such media giants as FOX and BBC. Players from two teams take turns striking a pose in a manner that allows them to pass through the shape of the hole in the wall that is rapidly approaching them. If they can’t get the pose quite right, the wall keeps closing in on them until it pushes them into a pool of water! The team with the most points at the end of the show wins!
