The 25th Yozakura-noh in dedication to Yasukuni Shrine

The spectacular Takigi-noh will take place under the illuminated Yozakura (cherry blossoms at night), with the Important Intangible Cultural Property (Living National Treasure) holders and young promising noh-performers.

Located at Yasukuni Shrine in Kudan, Tokyo, Nohgakudo is the oldest wooden noh theater and also a popular site for cherry blossoms in Japan. Takigi-noh (outdoor noh performance) at this open-air theater provides audience with precious time by the illuminated cherry blossoms
and beautiful performances.
The 25th Yozakura-noh in dedication to Yasukuni Shrine will take place for 3 days starting from April 3rd to 5th, 2017.
