Furusato Matsuri Tokyo 2017

The biggest festival of the year at Tokyo Dome, Furusato Matsuri Tokyo is back again
this year!

Now in its ninth year, Furusato Matsuri is a highly popular event that has been held annually since 2009, with fans and visitors steadily increasing each year.

The 8-day event showcases a huge number of food stalls serving regional cuisine gathered from throughout Japan and an exciting selection of the hottest matsuri performances, including one of Japan's three greatest festivals Aomori Nebuta Matsuri and Hirosaki Neputa Festival. Then, there's the national local donburi (rice bowl dish) championship—one of the highlights of Furusato Matsuri where visitors can explore the many flavors unique to Japan and cast a vote for their favorite bowl. The grand champion of local bowls will be decided with your vote!
