As of October 1st, 2008, Fuji Media Holdings, Inc. has been established, as the first certified broadcast holding company subject to the Japanese Broadcast Law. This certified broadcast holding company consists of six groups with 22 core subsidiaries including Fuji Television Network, Inc., helping to achieve its long-term management vision of becoming Japan's leading media conglomerate, widely respected in Japan and around the world.
