2016 Kumamoto Earthquake Disaster Relief Charity

Around 9:26 p.m. on April 14, 2016, a magnitude-6.5 earthquake struck the town of Mashiki in Kumamoto Prefecture and jolted most of Kyushu and the Western Japan region. Another magnitude-7.3 temblor hit Kumamoto and Oita Prefectures around 1:25 a.m. on the 16th and aftershocks continue to rattle the region. Many have died and thousands are injured. Houses are wrecked and local residents are forced to seek shelter in nearby evacuation centers.

Fuji Network is dedicated to providing help in this time of great need and has set up a disaster relief charity SAZAE-SAN BOKIN asking everyone to contribute and extend support to those affected and in suffering. All monetary donations will be sent to the earthquake victims via the Japanese Red Cross Society. Your help is deeply appreciated!
